Located at the highest point of the complex, with views that range from the island of Tinos to the island of Delos. Ground level: living room, kitchen, dining room, guest’s W.C.. One master bedroom with (160cm*200cm) & one master bedroom with two single beds (100cm*200cm). Upper Level: two master bedrooms with a double bed each (160cm*200cm) & a master bedroom with two single beds (100cm*200cm).

· Check-in: 3pm
· Check-out: 11am
· Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card at check-in.
· No parties or events allowed.
· No loud music, outside the predetermined hours of public quiet, by local authorities.
· No smoking allowed inside any of our properties.
· The guests must ensure that the property is returned in a presentable state.
· We reserve the right to reclaim any additional cleaning costs if the guests should not leave the
property in the in the above-mentioned state.
