· Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card at check-in.
· No parties or events allowed.
· No loud music, outside the predetermined hours of public quiet, by local authorities.
· No smoking allowed inside any of our properties.
· The guests must ensure that the property is returned in a presentable state.
· We reserve the right to reclaim any additional cleaning costs if the guests should not leave the property in the in the above-mentioned state.
